Bay beach across the street (it's not public, sorry, but you should be able to stroll down the shoreline). 3 miles to the center of Provincetown, 6 miles to Race Point Beach or Herring Cove Beach (National Seashore). Surrounded by sand and beach grass.|

Two drawers in TV bench for your use. Notebook with local sites, activities, restaurants, etc. 3 extra stools useful as tables or seats. CD player has a port for your iPod or mp3 player (bring your cord too). Some games new, some previously enjoyed but should be complete. Fun white swivel chairs on wheels are fake leather, easy to clean. Big coffee table easily fits a puzzle or board game and refreshments.
Internet: Cable broadband internet, through secure wireless Netgear router supporting Wireless-N standard (and older standards). Wired access if you bring your own cable. Surge protectors. You can use the TV (did we mention it was 32 inches?) as your monitor if you bring that cable (HD-15 or VGA).
|,||Deck and living room have 180-degree views of Pilgrim Lake and the sand dunes. You see no buildings but your next door neighbors (if you turn your head far enough). Watch both sunrise and sunset.
4 folding chairs, 1 lounge chair, two tables that can double as footrests. A big deck box to hold stuff if needed, and can also act as an extra table. Beautiful new Weber gas grill.

Mirrors over the sink let you see the view or watch TV while your back is turned. Plenty of space for your food and stuff.
|,||Dining table for 4-6 (extends to double the size); 2 folding chairs in the closet. Corelle service for 12, plus 6 sets of plastic kids' dishes. Glasses include acrylic wine goblets, pilsners, and margarita glasses.|
|,||Queen bedroom with ceiling fan. This room also has a comfortable nook for reading, or looking out the window to the National Seashore, or resting your eyes. Front windows look out over the deck to the National Seashore. Extra pillows and blankets included (sheets not included).

Two towel racks behind door, 5 hooks on back of door. Extra suction hooks in shower. Blowdryer. Little rolling cart to hold everyone's bathroom stuff, plus extra shelves in the laundry closet. Extra curtain rod in tub to hang wet things, plus a big drying rack you can set up on the deck. 6 different colored cups. Full-size washer/dryer, LG brand. Toilet paper, bar soap, detergent, paper towels, paper napkins supplied (although if you use a lot, you'll probably need to stock up). Nightlight.
|In the hall closet, beach towels and beach cooler await. Ironing board & iron. First aid kit.|
|Windows have pull-down shades that block out the sun, and light curtains that let the light in yet provide privacy during the day.
All the windows open (except the really high ones), with screens, to let in the fresh ocean breezes. Both doors have screen doors.
The main door has a combination lock only, so you won't need a key, and can't get locked out.

Bring your own, or rent from The Furies or Seaside Rental Needs, or buy at Target in Wareham or Wal-Mart in East Wareham or TJ Maxx in Orleans (next to Stop & Shop) or Lands End Hardware in Provincetown (could be spotty inventory)

|To reserve a week, we need a signed lease and half the rent. The security deposit and the other half of the rent are due 30 days before your arrival.|

|To pay with a credit card, let us know and we'll send you a link with a payment request. They will take you to the PayPal website, where you can pay with a credit card. You don't need to sign up for a PayPal account. We don't accept credit cards by phone or mail, sorry, just online.|
